The biggest lesson was the need to create financial journeys for customers and ensure continued engagements and targeting of the right audiences for maximum ROI. There is also the need to focus on
workplace financial wellness since employees are already earning and likely to consume financial products

Using a relatable story helps the audiences connect with the theme of the event. We started by pushing economic empowerment theme.
